  • Please note that the inside of the Duomo (Cathedral) is not visited on this tour. On the first Sunday of every month, due to Accademia Gallery’s admission policies, we may not be granted admittance. If this happens we will offer an extended walking tour of the city.
  • Due to increased security measures at many attractions some lines may form on tours with 'Skip the Line' access.

  Cancelation Policy

  This tour is subject to a 24-hour cancelation policy. If you wish to cancel or amend your booking, you can do so without charge by contacting us up to 24 hours in advance of your expected departure time.

  FAQs

  • What time should I arrive at the meeting point?

    Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time of the tour.

  • When can I make an amendment to a booking?

    A booking cannot be amended with less than 24 hours notice. Amendments made before this window are possible, but may incur a charge. Any bookings made within the 24 hour window are final and cannot be amended or subject to compensation. Please note that this amendment policy does not apply to the Colosseum Underground Tour and the Colosseum by Night Tour that starts at 19:30 or later. These 2 tours cannot be amended from the time of the purchase, due to the fact that the Colosseum Underground entry tickets must be purchased using the full name of each passenger and cannot be modified or canceled.

  • Is an advanced booking necessary or can I just show up at the meeting point?

    We strongly advise against arriving at the meeting point without a booking as we cannot guarantee that there will be space left on the tour. Our guides are unable to accept payment for tours so any bookings made on the spot will still need to be processed over the phone with payment by credit card.
